Terms and Conditions

Zpot is a product of Nuno Cação, Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal, responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of the Zpot platform. By accessing or using Zpot, including our mobile app and web services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Zpot allows users to subscribe to channels, receive updates, view content, and interact with posts. Users must not use Zpot for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes and must comply with all applicable laws while using the service.

2. Account Registration

Creating an account is optional. Subscribers can use Zpot without registering, but an account enables tracking of content, reactions, and preferences. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Content and Channels

Channel administrators are responsible for the content they publish. Zpot does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content shared by channels. Users access content at their own risk.

4. Prohibited Use

Users and channel administrators must not:

• Post illegal, harmful, malicious, or offensive content.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Engage in harassment, spam, phishing, fraud, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Zpot, including logos, design, software, and content, are owned by Nuno Cação, Unipessoal Lda or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of Zpot for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Notifications and Updates

Zpot may send notifications, updates, and alerts from subscribed channels. By using the app, you consent to receive such communications. Notification preferences can be managed in the app settings.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important. Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using Zpot, you agree to the terms outlined there.

8. User-Generated Content & Liability

Zpot is not responsible for the content posted by channels or users. Channel administrators are fully responsible for their posts, documents, images, videos, links, and other shared material.

Nuno Cação, Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to monitor content, remove material that violates these terms, and suspend or terminate channels or user accounts if prohibited content is detected or reported.

9. Third-Party Links & Content

Zpot may include links to third-party websites or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuno Cação, Unipessoal Lda from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of Zpot or violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zpot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nuno Cação, Unipessoal Lda is not liable for damages, losses, or disruptions arising from the use of the app or content shared by channels. Use Zpot at your own risk.

12. Modifications

Zpot may update the platform or these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Termination

Nuno Cação, Unipessoal Lda may suspend or terminate access to Zpot if a user violates these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through the app.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising in connection with Zpot will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

By using Zpot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
