Terms and Conditions

Zpot is a product of Nuno Cação, Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal and responsible for the development, maintenance and operation of the Zpot platform. By accessing or using Zpot, including our mobile app and our web services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the app

Zpot allows users to subscribe to channels, receive news, view content and interact with posts. Users may not use Zpot for any illegal, harmful or unauthorised purpose and must comply with all applicable laws when using the service.

2. Account registration

Creating an account is optional. Subscribers can use Zpot without registering, but an account lets you keep track of content, reactions and preferences. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.

3. Content and channels

Channel administrators are responsible for the content they publish. Zpot does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of content shared by channels. Users access content at their own risk.

4. Prohibited use

Users and channel administrators may not:

• Publish illegal, harmful, malicious or offensive content.
• Upload viruses, malware or any other harmful code.
• Engage in harassment, spam, phishing, fraud or attempts at unauthorised access.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in Zpot, including logos, design, software and content, belong to Nuno Cação, Unipessoal Lda or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use any part of Zpot for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Notifications and news

Zpot may send notifications, news and alerts from the channels you subscribe to. By using the app, you consent to receiving these communications. Notification preferences can be managed in the app settings.

7. Privacy and data

Your privacy matters. How we collect and process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Zpot, you accept the terms described there.

8. User-generated content and liability

Zpot is not responsible for content published by channels or users. Channel administrators are solely responsible for their posts, documents, images, videos, links and any other material they share.

Nuno Cação, Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to monitor content, remove material that breaches these terms and suspend or close channels or user accounts if prohibited content is detected or reported.

9. Third-party links and content

Zpot may include links to third-party websites or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services. You access third-party content at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuno Cação, Unipessoal Lda from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from their use of Zpot or their breach of these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

Zpot is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Nuno Cação, Unipessoal Lda is not liable for any damage, loss or interruption resulting from the use of the app or from content shared by channels. You use Zpot at your own risk.

12. Changes

Zpot may update the platform or these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

13. Termination

Nuno Cação, Unipessoal Lda may suspend or terminate access to Zpot if a user breaches these terms. Users may delete their account at any time through the app.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes relating to Zpot will be resolved by the Portuguese courts.

By using Zpot, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
